#56712 Support messenger modal renders new locator elements

Steps mirror the Allure scenario verbatim. The "Contact us support button
in the backoffice navigation" is the footer ``nav_menu_footer_contact_us_btn``
(the standalone sidebar ``navigation_support_btn`` is invisible on master —
collapsed legacy container under the always-on new sidebar; flagged to the
case author — and opens the same modal).
